The BRCC Help Desk is available to assist students and faculty with any technology issues, including myBlueRidge. This Help Desk is available Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. The Help Desk phone number is (828) 694-1895. Faculty are encouraged to create a Help Desk ticket using the Help Desk Tickets icon found on every BRCC computer. In addition, the Help Desk can be e-mailed using helpdesk@blueridge.edu as the e-mail address.
