The President or their designee shall ensure that the College is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment Act (ADAAA), which includes ensuring equal opportunity in employment for all qualified persons with disabilities.  The College shall reasonably accommodate qualified individuals with disabilities unless the accommodation would impose an undue hardship.
