- The President of the College shall have the overall responsibility for the diversity program. Implementation of the program shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Director who shall be the initial contact person for all matters related to diversity within the College workforce, with authority to refer to other staff or administrators issues or duties that are appropriate.
- The Human Resources Director is charged with the responsibility for the preparation and recommendation to the President of any new policies and procedures needed to reach the objectives of the Diversity Plan.
