The President of Blue Ridge Community College shall develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive business continuity plan such that, in the event of emergency, the College shall be better prepared to maintain operations, or recover to resume operations, as quickly as possible.  The Board of Trustees hereby delegate full authority to the President to take all appropriate measures available by law in the event of an emergency at the College, local, State or national level.
