- The Board of Trustees shall elect a President for such term and under such conditions as the Trustees may fix, subject to the approval of the State Board of Community Colleges.
- The President shall have full authority, as delegated by the Trustees, to employ all personnel of the College, subject to standards established by the State Board of Community Colleges.
- The President may employ or authorize certain administrators to employ part-time instructors or other personnel for temporary duty.
The President shall establish procedures for filling positions. These procedures shall comply with State Board policies and legal requirements.
