  1. The Board of Trustees shall elect a President for such term and under such conditions as the Trustees may fix, subject to the approval of the State Board of Community Colleges.
  2. The President shall have full authority, as delegated by the Trustees, to employ all personnel of the College, subject to standards established by the State Board of Community Colleges.
  3. The President may employ or authorize certain administrators to employ part-time instructors or other personnel for temporary duty.

The President shall establish procedures for filling positions. These procedures shall comply with State Board policies and legal requirements.
