- The Chairman of the Board and the President shall have the authority to sign contracts and other documents necessary for the operation of the College.
- The President and the Chief Financial Officer shall have the authority to sign checks and other financial documents and reports for the financial operation of the College.
- The President may designate other administrative personnel to sign contracts for short-term or part-time employment and official College documents.
