  1. The Chairman of the Board and the President shall have the authority to sign contracts and other documents necessary for the operation of the College.
  2. The President and the Chief Financial Officer shall have the authority to sign checks and other financial documents and reports for the financial operation of the College.
  3. The President may designate other administrative personnel to sign contracts for short-term or part-time employment and official College documents.
