  1. The President or a designee shall develop guidelines and procedures for the charging and payment of fees and tuition by students in accordance with the North Carolina Community College System regulations and state statutes.
  2. The President or a designee shall establish guidelines and procedures for the waiver of tuition and fees in accordance with the State Board of Community College guidelines and regulations and state statutes.
  3. The President or a designee shall establish procedures for the refund of student tuition and fees in accordance with the guidelines and regulations provided by the State Board of Community Colleges and state statutes.
  4. The Board of Trustees may set specific fees in accordance with state prescribed guidelines. Such specific fees may be adjusted during the college year by the President to reflect changes in the cost of operations.
  5. The President or a designee shall establish guidelines and procedures for deferred payment of tuition and fees in accordance with the State Board of Community College guidelines and state statutes.
