  1. The President shall establish rules and procedures to ensure the orderly control of traffic, safety and well-being of people, protection of property, and emergency situations.
  2. The program shall include, but is not limited to, traffic regulations, directive signs, parking decals, and penalties for warning and non-warning violations and shall apply to and be in effect on the streets, roads, alleys, sidewalks, walkways, parking spaces, parking areas, and parking lots on all parts of the campuses of Blue Ridge Community College in accordance with N.C.G.S. ยง115D-21.
  3. Fines or penalties associated with this program shall be approved by the Board and displayed in the College Catalog and Policy and Procedures Manual.
  4. Employees or students with outstanding traffic fines will be subject to the same restrictions and/or disciplinary actions as those with other forms of indebtedness to the College. The clear proceeds of all civil penalties collected pursuant to this section shall be remitted to the Civil Penalty and Forfeiture Fund in accordance with G.S. 115C-457.2.
