- The President is authorized to establish a formal schedule of opening and closing for the College. The President is charged with designating the official working hours for all personnel according to their position assignments.
- In the event of emergency closings and disruptive activities, the President is authorized to adjust hours and compensation for all personnel according to their position assignments.
