  1. The President is authorized to establish a formal schedule of opening and closing for the College. The President is charged with designating the official working hours for all personnel according to their position assignments.
  2. In the event of emergency closings and disruptive activities, the President is authorized to adjust hours and compensation for all personnel according to their position assignments.
