Congratulations! You are a member of one of the finest groups of professional educators anywhere. Blue Ridge Community College is recognized as a student-centered, innovative, and caring college. It is you and other dedicated faculty and staff who make Blue Ridge a success.
This Faculty Handbook is offered as one means of providing insights into the College, its mission, its regulations, and the duties of those who serve on its instructional staff. It provides general information and a place to start when seeking answers. I hope this will help you navigate through the challenges and processes related to a successful academic career.
