Confidentiality of Student Records

Student records are maintained in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Faculty should refer to BRCC Policies and Procedures 4.23.1. to ensure all actions adhere to the policy and procedures associated with confidentiality of student records.
