  1. Faculty members teaching non-curriculum courses must have some college or specialized training and have gained competence in their respective subject areas through work experience.
  2. Using the Faculty Competency Form, the College will maintain a file for all non-curriculum faculty documenting work experience, certifications, and other qualifications.
